WHY DID WE USE THE NATURAL INGREDIENTS WE SELECTED FOR UNIQUE E® NATURAL MOISTURIZER?

There are many opinions about ingredients used in cosmetics, and anyone can find both positive and negative information about certain 'questionable' items. A.C. Grace Company used a team of cosmetics professionals, lead by a PhD in the industry, to reasearch, test, retest, and test again to find the optimum ingredients that will work synergistically on your skin.

All of the ingredients in our Natural Moisturizer are just that — NATURAL. They are all FDA approved materials and the FDA states that "at the present time there is no reason for consumers to be concerned about the use of cosmetics using Parabens." Parabens are a concern to some people. We understand that. However, they are not an issue when used in the miniscule amounts required in cosmetics.This fact is stated throughout their documentation.

Water — we all know the value of water on our skin and in our bodies.

UNIQUE E® MIXED TOCOPHEROLS CONCENTRATE (10% by volume) — Pure High-Gamma, High-Alpha tocopherols, along with Beta and Delta tocopherols are well known to work synergistically in the body to prodive the maximum Vitamin E benefit. This IS NOT a synthetic Vitamin E. IT IS Pure, unaduterated, Vitamin E oil. The HIGH-ANTIOXIDANT properties of mixed tocopherols help stabilize all of the otehr ingredients in the Moisturizer. AND, the other ingredients help the Vitamin E absorb into the skin cells more effectively. IT'S A PERFECT MATCH!

NOTE: NO Cosmetics formulator has ever created a skin moisturizer product with 10% Vitamin E content!

Acacia Gum (tree) — used to stop bleeding, cuts, abrasions, wounds, etc. Leaves a thin protective film. Anti -fungus, anti bacterial, rich protein content/nutrients for skin, soothes inflamed skin.

Guar (tree) — protective coating in the leaves is rich in protein for skin, emollient, softens skin.

Sodium Alginate (brown sea weed) — detoxifies (even strontium -90), plastic like film to protect skin, nutrients for sea plant good for skin, emollient, good for skin conditions, stops bleeding, good for pimples-draws out poisons, soothes burns, scalds, injuries, etc.

Fruit Pectin — reduces redness, good for protecting skin. Leaves coating, cleans pores, softens skin, helps improve healthy skin, skin cuts, wounds, irritations, etc.

Trehalose (Tapioca) — strongly attracts moisture, retains moisture in skin, soothes, helps cells, protects skin cells, inhibits fatty acid breakdown, protects fibroblasts (cells that give rise to connective tissues) from dehydration to retain natural structure, fights skin odors, protects protein.

Hamamelis (plant) — tones skin, good for skin conditions, etc. Anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, good for pimples, rejuvenates/refreshes skin, good for sunburn/wind burn, burns, scalds.

Shea Butter (tree) — outdoor element protector, protects skin, repels insects, softens skin, makes skin more supple, smoothes skin, moisturizes, good for different types of skin problems, redness, smoothes, anti-irritant, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Glycerin USP (vegetable) — retains moisture, humectant (able to absorb moisture), protects, supple skin, protects.

Ethyl Macadamiate (Macadamia nut) — softens skin/plumps skin, emollient, moisturizer, anti-irritant.

Jojoba Esters/Jojoba Esters/Isopropyl Jojobate (Oojoba oil) — reduces periocular (area around the eye) fine line wrinkles, increases firmness, reduces dryness, roughness, flakiness, emollient, increases the Vitamin E penetration and other actives, anti-irritant.
