Dosages

General Dosage Rules:

Maintenance Dose: 1-3 capsules daily (Over 50 years old: add 1 capsule daily)

Therapeutic Dose: 1 capsule per 40 pounds of body weight

Acute/Chronic Dose: 4-6 capsules, regardless of body weight

• Maximum dose 6 capsules (2400 I.U.)—more than this is usually wasted.
• Entire dosage to be taken ALL AT ONCE.
• Best effect when dosage is taken WITH a meal.
• If you are genetically predisposed to any major health issues, we recommend three capsules for maintenance dose.

People taking medications like blood thinners or cholesterol and blood pressure medications should start with a low dose of vitamin E (1 softgel, 400 I.U.) and gradually increase it. Monitoring is crucial, especially for those with high blood pressure, as vitamin E may temporarily raise blood pressure. However, long-term use has been associated with supporting healthy blood pressure levels. Contrary to other fat-soluble vitamins, vitamin E doesn’t accumulate in the liver, and excess amounts are excreted, reducing the risk of liver toxicity. Discuss with your healthcare provider to determine a safe and suitable dosage for your health goals.

• We recommend that you take UNIQUE E® Mixed Tocopherols with your morning meal and UNIQUE E® Tocotrienols with your evening meal. At least 2-4 hours apart.

.75 ml = one 700mg softgel (400 I.U. or 268mg) of alpha-tocopherol along with 300mg of gamma-tocopherol plus delta- and beta-tocopherol

• Maximum dose 1 1/2 teaspoons (2400 I.U.) —more than this is usually wasted.
